PERFECTLY IMPERFECT
PERFECTLY IMPERFECT
Kimberley Faber is a storyteller, keynote speaker, facilitator, mentor, and consultant who celebrates the beauty of imperfection. As an R.E.C.E., lifelong educator, and proud member of the faculty at Seneca College, she has over 25 years of experience managing child care programs and supporting educators across Canada.
She is known for her relatable storytelling style that helps people find strength, humor, and heart in life’s “oops” moments because growth usually comes with a few mistakes and a lot of laughter. Her keynotes and workshops inspire educators and communities to see challenges as opportunities to connect, create, and care, one perfectly imperfect step at a time.
Kimberley’s sessions blend humour, insight, and heart, helping audiences find meaning and motivation in life’s imperfect moments. Each presentation can be customized for educators, organizations, and community events.
A relatable session that highlights how consistency, effort, and small wins create lasting impact both personally and professionally.
An interactive presentation that helps teams reframe challenges as chances to grow with practical tools, laughter, and a little real-life wisdom.
An engaging experience that reminds professionals and educators why play and curiosity are essential for learning, well-being, and connection at any age.
Kimberley’s debut book, Perfectly Imperfect in Sensible Shoes, is a collection of real, heartfelt, and hilarious stories that remind us growth doesn’t come from getting it right; it comes from showing up, stumbling forward, and finding the lesson in every “oops.”
